Believe us when we tell you that pedal power can take you places. It can unravel a journey at a pace you are most comfortable with. The effort is everything, the rewards come in many forms. Let’s start with thinking about a gentle crawl on two wheels that allows you to appreciate your surroundings.

On a weekend in 2003, we decided to cycle from Mumbai to Sagargad in Alibaug. Over the next few weeks, the rides extended down the Konkan coast to Murud, then onwards to Anjarle, Ganpatiphule and Malvan. A few months later, we rode from Mumbai to Goa. Along the way, we camped in open fields and cooked under a starlit sky. We hopped across creeks on barges, feasted on fresh catch in idyllic villages and rode on all kinds of terrain. As our appetites grew, we explored the coastal routes along Gujarat and Tamil Nadu and the deserts of Rajasthan. Soon, we were back in our favourite environment, celebrating our first “Apples to Apricot” ride from Manali to Leh. Besides Ladakh, we have pedalled in Spiti, Kumaon and Sikkim over the last decade. And the next excuse to hop on and explore a new region is just around the corner.

We’ve also toured foreign shores, cycling through the picturesque landscape of north Sri Lanka and the marvellous, wild terrain of Iceland. The wish list keeps growing each day, you are welcome to hop on for the ride any time you like.
