OAPL Planning and Guidance

  • Odati Adventures’ advice, planning, and arrangements suited to your requirements.

Accommodation 

All accommodation during the course of the tour from pickup point till drop as per itinerary on double-sharing basis:

  • 01 Night stay in Hotel @ Narkanda

  • 01 Night stay in Hotel @ Batseri

  • 01 Night stay in Hotel @ Kalpa

  • 01 Night stay in Camps @ Nako

  • 02 Nights stay in Resort @ Kaza

  • 01 Night stay in Resort @ Chandra Taal

  • 01 Night stay in Hotel @ Manali

Meals

  • All meals as mentioned in the itinerary.

    • Breakfast x 08 (Place of Stay)

    • Dinner x 07 (Place of Stay)

Transport

  • Airport Pick-up from and drop to Chandigarh for Family / Group.

  • All transfers and sightseeing as per itinerary will be in Crysta or equivalent.

  • No more than 4 passengers per car.

 

Price Exclusion

GST

  • GST at 5%.
    For other than Indian nationalities, GST (Goods and Services Tax) is not applicable as the final services are not rendered within India. However, other nationalities will have to submit a Letter of Undertaking in a prescribed format, to be submitted by Odati Adventures Pvt. Ltd. to the GST authorities to claim the GST waiver.

Travel

  • Travel from place of origin to Chandigarh and back.

  • Airfares, visa charges, departure taxes, etc., as applicable.

Transport

  • Any upgrade from the above-mentioned transport.

  • Individual airport pickup and drop as applicable.

  • Any additional special tours / route diversions / additional travel tours other than the one mentioned in the itinerary will be charged extra.

Accommodation & Meals

  • Any additional stay or upgrade room type from the above-mentioned (if any).

  • Single Supplement.

  • Lunches are not included during the trip.

  • Excess stay, upgrade room type, and meals due to bad weather conditions, strikes, political / local unrest, emergency road-work, etc., resulting in modifications of itinerary.

  • Extra nights’ accommodation other than stated & ended in the itinerary.

Entry Charges

  • Entry fees at various monasteries (~INR 50-100 per head at each monastery / palace / place of interest).

Insurance & Rescue

  • Travel, medical, and adventure insurance of any nature.

  • Rescue / medical charges in case needed due to any ailment and/or accidents.

  • Cost of special hygiene related to medical emergencies and/or epidemics, etc.

Other Personal Expenses

  • Expenses of personal nature like:

    • Beverages, soft drinks, juices, etc., during the tour.

    • Gifts, souvenirs, mementoes, etc.

    • Donations to various entities.

    • Telephone and personal communication.

    • Tips & gratuities of any nature to leaders / drivers / hotel staff, etc.

    • Any item not included in the Inclusion section above.
