• Accommodation
• All accommodation during the course of the tour as per itinerary.
• All accommodation on TWIN-SHARING basis as below:
• 01 Night stay @ Udaipur.
• 01 Night stay @ Kumbhalgarh .
• 01 Night stay @ Bera.
• 01 Night stay @ Pali.
• 01 Night stay @ Jodhpur.
• 01 Night stay @ Dechu.
• 01 Night stay @ Mirvana.
• 02 Nights stay @ Jaisalmer.   

• Meals     
• All meals as per mention in the itinerary based.
• Breakfast x 09 (Place of Stay)
• Dinners x 06 (Place of Stay)

• Transport
  • All surface travel as per itinerary in AC Toyota Innova or Equivalent for Group.
  • Group Airport Pick-up (Udaipur) and Airport Drop (Jaisalmer).
  • MUV / SUVs for the tour for client transfers, carry baggage and support the rides.
• Each support vehicle is equipped with a 3-bicycle carrier.
• Each support vehicle supports 4 riders.
• Bicycles will be racked only for emergencies and group transfers (If any).

• Other service
  • Maps, stage-wise altitude profiles, list of what to carry.)
  • Cycle toolkit for minor road side repairs.
  • Bottle drinking water for ride, Electrolytes, Fresh Fruits and Nutrition.
  • Basic First Aid kit (this is mandatory for OA staff to carry as a safety procedure

• Travel
• Travel from place of origin to Rajasthan and back
• Airfares, visa charges, departure taxes etc as applicable.
• Transport
• Any upgrade from the above-mentioned transport.
• Individual airport drops as applicable.
• Any special detours for riders.
• Any charges towards special tours / route diversions / additional travel.
• Accommodation & Meals
• Any upgrade* from the above-mentioned accommodations. (If any)
• Excess stay & meals due to bad weather conditions, strikes, political / local unrest, emergency road-work, etc. resulting in modifications of itinerary.
• Extra nights’ accommodation other than stated in the itinerary.
• Bicycles
• Cost of hiring bicycles.
• Cost of transport of bicycles via air.
• Cost of hiring a bicycle expert / mechanic
• Cost of carrying and hiring spare bicycle as well as bicycles spares and accessories.
• INSURANCE & RESCUE
• Adventure, Travel, and medical insurance of any nature.
• Rescue / medical charges in case needed due to any ailment and/or accidents.
• Bicycle or Equipment Insurance to protect against Damage, Theft or Accidents.
• Cost of special hygiene related to Medical Emergencies and / or epidemics etc.
• Covid-19 / Pandemic / Epidemic Breakouts
• Cost of RTPCR / RAT or any other diagnostic or medical testing related to the tour or travel thereof.
• We are not responsible for rejections due to non-conformity of Covid-norms or penalties / levies / tests therein levied by local authorities, airlines, services, vendors etc.
• Other
• Expenses of personal nature like:
• Expense towards beverages, soft drinks, juices, etc. during the tour.
• Bottled drinking water other than that provided for the rides.
• Gifts, Souvenirs, Mementoes etc.
• Donations to various entities.
• Telephone and personal communication
• Tips & Gratuities of any nature to leaders / drivers / hotel staff etc.
• Rescue / medical charges in case needed due to any ailment and/or accidents
• Any item not included in the 'PRICE INCLUSION' section above
