Day 1

Arrive in Leh. Drive to the Hotel. Rest and Acclimatisation

Day 2

Local Sightseeing. Thikse Gompa, Hemis Gompa. Evening visit to Shanti Stupa

Day 3

Leh to Hundar over Khardung La Visit Deskit Gompa en-route

Day 4

Drive to Thang - Border Village on the LOC Visit Turtok Village on the way back. Visit the Sand Dunes of Nubra in the evening

Day 5

Hundar to Pangong Tso. Stay at Man / Merak.

Day 6

Man, Merak to Sakti via Chushul War Memorial

Day 7

Sakti to Uley Tokpo via Alchi

Day 8

Drive to Lamayuru & Back to Leh via Hall of Fame (en -route sightseeing- Sangam,Gurudwara Pathar Sahib)

Day 9

Airport Drop. Onward Journey

Accommodation

  • All accommodation during the course of the tour from pickup point till drop as per Itinerary on Double-sharing basis as below:

    • 03 Nights stay in Hotel @ Leh

    • 02 Nights stay in Resort @ Hunder

    • 01 Night stay in Resort @ Man / Merak

    • 01 Night stay in Resort @ Sakti

    • 01 Night stay in Resort @ UleyTokpo

Meals

  • All meals as mentioned in the itinerary above:

    • Breakfast x 09 (Place of Stay)

    • Lunch x 01 (Place of Stay)

    • Dinner x 07 (Place of Stay)

Transport

  • Airport Pick Up and Drop (Leh) to Toyota Crysta or Equivalent for Family/ Group. (Non-AC)

  • All transfers and sightseeing as per itinerary will be in Crysta or Equivalent. (Non-AC)

  • No more than 4 Passengers / Car

Permit

  • All necessary permits for entry to various regions and areas as per the prevalent govt. rules and orders (wherever applicable)

Price Exclusion

GST

  • GST at 5%

  • For other than Indian na onali es, GST (Goods and Services Tax) is not applicable as the final services are not rendered within India. However, other na onali es will have to submit a Le er of Undertaking in a prescribed format, to be submi ed by Oda Adventures Pvt. Ltd. to the GST authori es to claim the GST waiver.

Travel

  • Travel from place of origin to Leh and back

  • Airfares, visa charges, departure taxes etc as applicable

Transport

  • Any upgrade from the above-mentioned transport

  • Individual airport pickup and drop as applicable

  • AC charges for transport as applicable (In case you wish to use the Air Conditioner (AC) for any reason, please talk to your Taxi Operator directly to understand the rates.)

  • Any additional special tours / route diversions / additional travel tours other than the one mentioned in the itinerary will be charged extra. (Please note Transport in Ladakh is charged per route and not on mileage (kms) / day or hours of services / occupation basis)

Accommodation & Meals

  • Any additional stay or upgrade room type from the above-mentioned. (If any)

  • Single Supplement

  • Lunches are not included during the trip except on first day Lunch

  • Excess stay, upgrade room type & meals due to bad weather conditions, strikes, political / local unrest, emergency road-work, etc. resulting in modifications of itinerary

  • Extra nights’ accommodation other than stated & ended in the itinerary

Entry Charges

  • Entry fees at various monasteries (~INR 50-100/- per head at each monastery / palace / place of interest)

Activity

  • Ziplining, ATV ride activities during the tour are not included in the tour price

Insurance & Rescue

  • Travel, Medical and Adventure insurance of any nature

  • Rescue / medical charges in case needed due to any ailment and/or accidents

  • Cost of special hygiene related to Medical Emergencies and / or epidemics etc.

Other

  • Expenses of personal nature like:

    • Expense towards beverages, so drinks, juices, etc. during the tour

    • Gi s, Souvenirs, Mementoes etc.

    • Donations to various entities

    • Telephone and personal communica on

    • Tips & Gratui es of any nature to leaders / drivers / hotel staff etc.
