Price Inclusion
OAPL Planning and Guidance
- Services of qualified leaders from Odati Adventures on the trip
- Odati Adventures’ advice, planning, and arrangements suited to your requirements
Accommodation
- All accommodation during the course of the tour from pickup point till drop as per itinerary on double-sharing basis:
- 03 Nights stay in Banon Retreat, Manali or equivalent
- 04 Nights stay in tents during the trek
Trekking
- Experienced & professional trekking staff:
- 01 Trekking Guide
- 01 Cook
- Helpers as required
- Camping Gear including:
- All trekking and camping arrangements
- Client tents on twin-sharing basis with ground sheets
- Sleeping bags and sleeping mats
- Ponies for carrying camping gear and rations
- Kitchen tent
- Dining tent with portable dining tables and chairs/stools
- Toilet tent ratio 1:4 (separate for ladies)
- Camp ready on arrival at campsite wherever possible
Meals
- All meals as mentioned in the itinerary:
- 03 Breakfast + 01 Dinner in Manali
- 04 Breakfast + 05 Lunches + 04 Dinners during the trek
Transport
- Group airport pick-up and drop (Chandigarh Airport) by Toyota Innova or equivalent
- All surface travel as per itinerary in Toyota Innova or equivalent for group
Other Services
- All wages, equipment, and medical expenses for trekking staff
- Basic medical kit for the group and staff
Price Exclusion
GST
- GST at 5%
Travel
- Travel from place of origin to Chandigarh and back
- Airfares, visa charges, departure taxes, etc., as applicable
Transport
- Any upgrade from the above-mentioned transport
- Individual airport pick-up and drop as applicable
- Any additional special tours, route diversions, or additional travel tours other than those mentioned in the itinerary will be charged extra
Trekking
- Any additional services like:
- Personal porters / guide
- Single supplement in tents
- Special meals
Accommodation & Meals
- Any additional stay beyond what is mentioned
- Single supplement in hotels
- Excess stay & meals due to bad weather conditions, strikes, political/local unrest, emergency road work, etc., resulting in modifications of itinerary
Insurance
- Travel, medical, and adventure insurance of any nature
- Rescue/medical charges in case needed due to any ailment and/or accidents
- Cost of special hygiene related to medical emergencies and/or epidemics
Other
- Expenses of personal nature such as:
- Beverages, soft drinks, juices, etc., during the tour
- Bottled drinking water other than that provided for the rides
- Gifts, souvenirs, mementoes, etc.
- Donations to various entities
- Telephone and personal communication
- Tips & gratuities of any nature to leaders, drivers, hotel staff, etc.
- Rescue/medical charges in case needed due to any ailment and/or accidents
- Any item not included in the "Price Inclusion" section above
CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking Deposit
- A minimum non-refundable deposit of INR 10,000/- is charged as part of the total package at the time of booking
Company Cancellation
- The Company reserves the right to cancel a confirmed booking
- For Long Duration trips:
- The Company will not cancel less than 30 days before departure unless forced by unusual and unforeseeable conditions beyond control
- For Short Duration activities:
- Cancellation may occur if minimum seat requirements are not filled
- If the Company cancels a trip (except due to non-payment or force majeure), options include:
- Purchase an alternative trip of similar standard (pay or refund difference if price varies)
- Full refund of all monies paid (except permit costs, if applicable)
- Where a significant element of the trip cannot be provided:
- Suitable alternative arrangements will be offered
- If alternatives are not possible or reasonably rejected, a refund of unused portions may be given
- Compensation may be offered in certain circumstances of significant alteration or cancellation not caused by force majeure
Client Cancellation
- Long Duration trips: cancellation charges apply as per schedule:

| 30–45 Days | 50% of trip price |
| More than 45 Days | 25% of trip price |
- Charges may be waived on a case-to-case basis for reasonable reasons
- Short Duration trips:
- Initial 50% advance is forfeited
- Client name added to “Cancelling” members list
- If name appears a third time, 100% deposit may be required for future bookings
Unused Services
- No discounts or refunds for missed or unused services, including:
- Voluntary or involuntary termination/departure from tour (sickness, family emergency, late arrival, premature departure)
Prices & Surcharges
- No price increases within 30 days of departure
- The Company may impose surcharges up to 30 days before departure due to:
- Exchange rate changes
- Increases in airfares, transportation/fuel costs, local operator costs, taxes, or government actions
- The Company absorbs 2% of any surcharge on trip price
- If surcharge exceeds 2%, the entire increase is charged
- If surcharge exceeds 10% of trip cost, the Client may cancel within 14 days of notification for a full refund (excluding the 10% non-refundable deposit)
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or by email
