Accommodation

  • 03 Nights stay at Moshi hotel on twin-sharing basis.

  • Accommodation in Hotel or Equivalent in Moshi, on bed and breakfast basis.

  • Four-season light dome tent – twin-sharing basis on the mountain.

Transport

  • Airport transfer from JRO to Moshi and back (Pick-up & Drop) on group basis only.

  • Transfer from Moshi to Londorossi Gate & Lemosho Glades.

  • Transfer from Mweka Park Gate to Moshi per group.

Permits and National Park Fees

  • Kilimanjaro National Park (KINAPA) conservation fees (Entry fees).

  • Kilimanjaro National Park compulsory rescue fees.

  • Kilimanjaro National Park camping fees.

Trekking Services

  • Qualified English-speaking guide, assistant guides, porters, and cooks (average ratio of support staff to climbers is 4:1).

  • Salaries for mountain crew as per guidelines.

  • High-quality mess and sleeping tents with comfortable foam mattresses (camping routes).

Price Exclusion

GST & TCS

  • Good and Service Tax @5% (GST not applicable for non-Indian passport holder)

  • 5 - 20% TCS (Tax Collectible at Source) applicable for Indian Citizens for paying in INR based on their LRS spending.

TCS Details

  • Please enquire. A 20% TCS has come into force from 01 Oct 2023.

  • TCS is collected by Odati Adventures at the time of booking and paid to the IT under your PAN no. You may claim the refund of the same at the time of filing your IT returns. Odati Adventures can provide you with the Form 16 as needed.

  • Request your patience and cooperation.

  • We will request Indian Citizens to submit their PAN card copies at the time of payment along with other documents.

Entry Visa for Tanzania

  • US$ 50/- per passport holder for most nationalities

  • US$ 100/- per visa for USA passport holders

Health Requirements (Immunization)

  • Yellow Fever – (Please check for latest requirements depending on your travel & transit plans)

  • Meningitis & Hepatitis A (optional but recommended)

  • Covid-19 (SARS-CoV-2) Vaccination, RT-PCR Test as per on going norms by various authorities.

Other Requirements

  • Travel insurance. Please opt for an Adventures Insurance for up to 6000Mtrs.
