Accommodation

• All accommodation during the course of the tour from pickup point till drop as per Itinerary on Double-sharing basis as below:

  • 04 Nights stay in Barath Guest House, Leh and 02 Nights Stay in Hotel Hill Crest, Hunder

  • 05 Nights stay in tents during the trek

Trekking

• Services of a qualified & experienced:

  • 01 Climbing Guide

  • 01 Cook

  • 02 Helpers

• Camping Gear Including:

  • Complete trekking and camping arrangements

  • Tents on twins Sharing basis

  • Kitchen Tent

  • Sleeping Bags, Sleeping Mats

  • Horses for carrying camping gear, rations, and personal luggage

  • Climbing fees and permits issued by the UT Government of Ladakh

Meals

• All meals as mentioned in the itinerary above:

  • 06 Breakfast + 02 Lunch + 06 Dinner in Hotel

  • 05 Breakfast + 05 Lunches + 05 Dinners during the Trek

Transport

• Airport Pick Up and Drop (Leh Airport) to Toyota Innova or Equivalent for Group

• All surface travel as per itinerary in Toyota Innova or Equivalent for Group

Other Services

• All wages, equipment, medical and accidental Insurance for all involved Trekking Staff

• First Aid medical kits for the group and the staff

GST

• GST at 5%

• For other than Indian nationalities, GST (Goods and Services Tax) is not applicable as the final services are not rendered within India. However, other nationalities will have to submit a Letter of Undertaking in a prescribed format, to be submitted by Odati Adventures Pvt. Ltd. to the GST authorities to claim the GST waiver.

Travel

• Travel from place of origin to Leh and back

• Airfares, visa charges, departure taxes etc. as applicable

Transport

• Any upgrade from the above-mentioned transport

• Individual airport pickup and drop as applicable

• Any additional special tours / route diversions / additional travel

Accommodation & Meals

• Any additional stay from the above-mentioned (if any)

• Single Supplement may not available during trek

• Single Supplement in Hotel is Extra

• Excess stay & meals due to bad weather conditions, strikes, political / local unrest, emergency road-work, etc. resulting in modifications of itinerary

• Extra nights’ accommodation other than stated & ended in the itinerary

Entry Charges

• Entry fees at various monasteries, parks, museums or any other places of sightseeing

Insurance

• Travel, Medical and Adventure insurance of any nature

• Rescue / medical charges in case needed due to any ailment and/or accidents

• Cost of special hygiene related to Medical Emergencies and / or epidemics etc.

Other

• Expenses of personal nature like:

  • Expense towards beverages, soft drinks, juices, etc. during the tour

  • Bottled drinking water other than that provided for the rides

  • Gifts, Souvenirs, Mementoes etc.

  • Donations to various entities

  • Telephone and personal communication

  • Tips & Gratuities of any nature to leaders / drivers / hotel staff etc.

  • Rescue / medical charges in case needed due to any ailment and/or accidents

  • Any item not included in the 'INCLUSION’ section above
