Accommodation 

• All accommodation during the course of the tour from pickup point till drop as per Itinerary on Double-sharing basis as below:

  • 03 Nights stay in White Stone Cottages, Sai Ropa.

  • 05 Nights stay in tents during the trek

Trekking

• Local Trekking Guide

• Porters and Helpers as per the group size

  • 01 Cook

  • Helpers as needed

Camping Gear Including:

• Tents on twins Sharing basis

• Kitchen Tent

• Toilet Tent as needed

• Sleeping Bags, Sleeping Mats

Meals

• All meals as mentioned in the itinerary above:

  • 04 Breakfast + 03 Lunch + 03 Dinner in Hotel

  • 04 Breakfast + 05 Lunches + 05 Dinners during the Trek

Transport

• Toyota Innova or Equivalent from Pick up from Chandigarh Airport and Drop to Sai Ropa for Family/Group

• Toyota Innova or Equivalent from Pick up from Sai Ropa and Drop to Chandigarh Airport for Family/Group

Other Services

• All wages, equipment, medical and accidental Insurance for all involved Trekking Staff

• First Aid medical kits for the group and the staff

GST

• GST at 5%

Travel

• For other than Indian nationalities, GST (Goods and Services Tax) is not applicable as the final services are not rendered within India. However, other nationalities will have to submit a Letter of Undertaking in a prescribed format, to be submitted by Odati Adventures Pvt. Ltd. to the GST authorities to claim the GST waiver.

• Travel from place of origin to Chandigarh and back

• Airfares, visa charges, departure taxes etc as applicable

Transport

• Any upgrade from the above-mentioned transport

• Individual airport pickup and drop as applicable

• Any additional special tours / route diversions / additional travel tours other than the one mentioned in the itinerary will be charged extra

Trekking

• Any additional services like –

  • Personal porters / Guide

  • Single supplement in tents

  • Special Meals

Accommodation & Meals

• Any additional stay from the above-mentioned

• Single Supplement in Hotel

• Excess stay & meals due to bad weather conditions, strikes, political / local unrest, emergency road work, etc. resulting in modifications of itinerary

Insurance

• Travel, Medical and Adventure insurance of any nature

• Rescue / medical charges in case needed due to any ailment and/or accidents

• Cost of special hygiene related to Medical Emergencies and / or epidemics etc.

Other

• Expenses of personal nature like:

• Expense towards beverages, soft drinks, juices, etc. during the tour

• Bottled drinking water other than that provided for the rides

• Gifts, Souvenirs, Mementoes etc.

• Donations to various entities

• Telephone and personal communication

• Tips & Gratuities of any nature to leaders / drivers / hotel staff etc.

• Rescue / medical charges in case needed due to any ailment and/or accidents

• Any item not included in the 'Price Inclusion’ section above
