OAPL Planning and Guidance

  • Services of qualified leaders from Odati Adventures on the trip.

  • OA Tour Leader (Guidance, Accommodation, Travel, Meals, Bicycle).

  • Odati Adventures’ advice, planning, and arrangements suited to your requirements.

  • Additional technical support (non-riding) for more than 08 clients.

  • Support and assistance in assembling and dismantling the bicycles on arrival and departure in Leh.

Accommodation

All accommodation during the course of the tour from Manali till Leh as per itinerary on twin-sharing basis:

  • 02 Nights stay in Resort @ Manali

  • 01 Night stay in best available Guest Houses @ Sissu

  • 01 Night stay in best available Guest Houses @ Jispa

  • 01 Night stay in deluxe Campsite @ Zing Zing Bar

  • 01 Night stay in deluxe Campsite @ Sarchu

  • 01 Night stay in Tent @ Whiskey Nala

  • 01 Night stay in Tent @ Debring

  • 01 Night stay in Home Stay @ Gya

  • 02 Nights stay in Hotel / Guest House @ Leh

Meals

  • All meals as mentioned in the itinerary.

  • All meals during the ride will be freshly prepared by expedition cook/s.

  • Non-vegetarian fare will be restricted due to access and storage facility limitations.

    • Breakfast x 11 (Place of Stay)

    • Lunches x 08 (en-route)

    • Dinner x 10 (Place of Stay)

Transport

  • Group Pick-up from Chandigarh Airport to Manali.

  • Transport of bicycles from Chandigarh to Manali.

  • Drop to Leh Airport on conclusion of trip.

Ride Support

Manpower

Equipment

  • Basic tool kit, common spares, puncture kit, pumps, etc.

Back-up Vehicles

  • 1 x Pick-up Truck to carry Kitchen, Camping Gear, Provisions, and Luggage.

  • 1 x Pick-up Truck to carry bicycles / bike boxes as needed.
    (Combination of Minibus, Pick-up & MUVs will ensure enough support & carriage for the ride.)

  • Cycle racks to carry at least 3 bicycles and riders if needed.

Other Riding-Related Services

  • Storage for your bicycle boxes in Leh during the course of the tour.

  • Limited bottled drinking water for rider, electrolytes, seasonal fresh fruits, and nutrition support during the riding.

  • Basic First Aid kit (mandatory for OA staff to carry as a safety procedure).

Information Kit

  • Maps, stage-wise altitude profiles, list of what to carry.

 

Price Exclusion

GST

  • GST at 5%.
    For other than Indian nationalities, GST (Goods and Services Tax) is not applicable as the final services are not rendered within India. However, other nationalities will have to submit a Letter of Undertaking in a prescribed format, to be submitted by Odati Adventures Pvt. Ltd. to the GST authorities to claim the GST waiver.

Travel

  • Travel from place of origin to Chandigarh and back.

  • Airfares, visa charges, departure taxes, etc., as applicable.

Transport

  • Any upgrade from the above-mentioned transport.

  • Individual airport pickup and drop, as applicable.

  • AC charges for transport as applicable (In case you wish to use the Air Conditioner (AC) for any reason, please talk to your Taxi Operator directly to understand the rates).

  • Any additional special tours / route diversions / additional travel tours other than the one mentioned in the itinerary will be charged extra.

Accommodation & Meals

  • Any additional stay beyond the above-mentioned (if any).

  • Single Supplement @ Hotel (mentioned separately above).

  • Excess stay & meals due to bad weather conditions, strikes, political / local unrest, emergency road work, etc., resulting in modifications of itinerary.

  • Extra nights’ accommodation other than stated & ended in the itinerary.

Entry Charges and Activities

  • Entry fees at various temples, parks, museums, or any other places of sightseeing.

  • Any activities or water sports during the tour are not included in the tour price.

Bicycles

  • Cost of hiring bicycles.

  • Cost of transport of bicycles via air.

  • Cost of hiring a bicycle expert / mechanic.

  • Cost of carrying and hiring spare bicycles as well as bicycle spares and accessories.

Insurance

  • Travel, medical, and adventure insurance of any nature.

  • Rescue / medical charges in case needed due to any ailment and/or accidents.

  • Cost of special hygiene related to medical emergencies and/or epidemics, etc.

  • Bicycle or equipment insurance to protect against damage, theft, or accidents.

Other Personal Expenses

  • Expenses of personal nature like:

    • Beverages, soft drinks, juices, etc., during the tour.

    • Gifts, souvenirs, mementoes, etc.

    • Donations to various entities.

    • Telephone and personal communication.

    • Tips & gratuities of any nature to leaders / drivers / hotel staff, etc.

    • Any item not included in the Inclusion section above.
