Price Inclusion

OAPL Planning and Guidance

  • Services of 02 qualified leaders from Odati Adventures on the trip.

  • OA Tour Leader (Guidance, Accommodation, Travel, Meals, Bicycle).

  • Additional technical support (non-riding) for groups of more than 15 clients.

  • Odati Adventures’ advice, planning, and arrangements suited to your requirements.


Accommodation

All accommodation during the course of the tour from Murud Point till Anjuna/Calangute (Goa), as per the itinerary, on a double-sharing basis:

  • 01 Night – Resort @ Murud

  • 01 Night – Cottage @ Kelshi

  • 01 Night – Home Stay @ Guhaghar

  • 01 Night – Resort @ Ganeshgule

  • 01 Night – Resort @ Kunkeshwar

  • 01 Night – Home Stay @ Mhapan

  • 01 Night – Hotel @ Anjuna / Calangute


Meals

All meals as mentioned in the itinerary above:

Support Vehicle

  • All surface travel as per the itinerary in Toyota Innova Crysta for the group.

  • All support vehicles are equipped with 3 bicycle carriers, which can conveniently carry 2 bicycles.

  • Maximum 4 passengers per car.

Note:

  • Assuming no more than 2 riders avail of car service at one time during the course of the ride, as only 2 bicycles can be mounted on one car.

  • If more than 2 riders decide to avail of car support services, they will be transported to the destination on a rotation basis.

Additional support:

  • Drop to Goa Airport by Toyota Innova for the group on Day 08.

  • Cost of returning the bicycle from Goa to Mumbai.


Ferry

  • Charges for 06 ferry crossings for the clients and bicycles.


Other Riding-Related Services

  • Maps, stage-wise altitude profiles, and a list of what to carry.

  • Cycle toolkit for roadside repairs.

  • Drinking water for riders, electrolytes, fresh fruits, and nutrition support during the ride.

  • Basic first-aid kit (mandatory for OA staff to carry as a safety procedure).

Price Exclusion

GST

  • GST @ 5%.

Note:

  • For other than Indian nationalities, GST (Goods and Services Tax) is not applicable as the final services are not rendered within India.

  • However, other nationalities will have to submit a Letter of Undertaking in the prescribed format, to be submitted by Odati Adventures Pvt. Ltd. to the GST authorities to claim the GST waiver.


Travel

  • Travel from the place of origin to Goa and back.

  • Airfares, visa charges, departure taxes, etc., as applicable.


Transport

  • Any upgrade from the above-mentioned transport.

  • Individual airport pick-up and drop, as applicable.

  • Any special detours for non-riders.


Accommodation & Meals

  • Any additional stay other than the above-mentioned (if any).

  • Dinner has not been specifically included, as we anticipate you will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of seafood options throughout your trip, except on Day 01.

  • Single Supplement (mentioned separately above).

  • Excess stay and meals due to bad weather conditions, strikes, political/local unrest, emergency roadwork, etc., resulting in modifications to the itinerary.

  • Extra nights' accommodation other than that stated in the itinerary.


Entry Charges & Activities

  • Entry fees at various temples, parks, museums, or any other sightseeing places.

  • Any activities or water sports during the tour are not included in the tour price.


Bicycles

  • Cost of hiring bicycles.

  • Cost of transporting bicycles by air.

  • Cost of hiring a bicycle expert/mechanic.

  • Cost of carrying and hiring a spare bicycle, as well as bicycle spares and accessories.


Insurance

  • Travel, Medical, and Adventure Insurance of any nature.

  • Rescue/medical charges, if required due to any ailment and/or accidents.

  • Cost of special hygiene measures related to medical emergencies and/or epidemics, etc.

  • Bicycle or Equipment Insurance to protect against damage, theft, or accidents.


Other

Expenses of a personal nature, including:

  • Beverages, soft drinks, juices, etc., during the tour.

  • Bottled drinking water other than that provided during the rides.

  • Gifts, souvenirs, mementoes, etc.

  • Donations to various entities.

  • Telephone and personal communication.

  • Tips and gratuities of any nature to leaders, drivers, hotel staff, etc.

  • Any item not included in the 'INCLUSIONS' section above.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy (Excerpt Only)

Note

A minimum non-refundable deposit of INR 10,000/- is charged as part of the entire package at the time of booking.


When We Cancel

The Company reserves the right to cancel a confirmed booking.

  • We shall not cancel your confirmed Long Duration trip less than 30 days before departure unless we are forced to do so due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even with all due care.

  • All Short Duration activities are subject to cancellation if the minimum seat requirement is not fulfilled.

If we cancel your trip (except where you have failed to make payment or as a result of force majeure), we shall offer you one of the following options:

  • Purchase an alternative trip of a similar standard, if available.

    • If the alternative trip is less expensive, we shall refund the difference.

    • If it is more expensive, you will be required to pay the difference.

  • Alternatively, you are entitled to a refund of all monies paid to us, excluding permit fees (if applicable), which can only be refunded if the refund has been made available to us.

Except where we cancel for reasons other than those mentioned above, we shall have no additional liability to you. We regret that we cannot reimburse any expenses or losses incurred as a result of such cancellation.

Where a significant element of the trip cannot be provided:

  • We will make suitable alternative arrangements for the continuation of the trip.

  • If suitable alternatives cannot be provided, or the Client reasonably rejects them, we may refund the unused portion of the trip.

  • Where a significant alteration or cancellation occurs that is not due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond the Company's control, compensation may be offered in certain circumstances.


When You Cancel

If you wish to cancel your confirmed Long Duration trip, the following cancellation charges will apply:

Cancellation Period Charges Per Head
Less than 14 Days 100% of the trip price
14–29 Days 75% of the trip price
30–45 Days 50% of the trip price
More than 45 Days 25% of the trip price

Note:

  • We reserve the right to waive the above charges on a case-to-case basis for reasonable reasons.

Short Duration Trips

If you wish to cancel your Short Duration trip due to personal reasons:

  • Your initial 50% advance payment will be forfeited.

  • Your name will be recorded in our list of "Cancelling" members.

  • If your name appears for the third time in the Cancelling Members list, we reserve the right to require 100% advance payment for confirming any future bookings.


Unused Services

There will be no discounts or refunds for missed or unused services. This includes voluntary or involuntary termination/departure from the tour due to:

  • Sickness

  • Death of a family member

  • Late arrival on the tour

  • Premature departure, whether voluntary or involuntary


Prices and Surcharges

  • No price increases will be made to a booking 30 days or less before departure.

  • The Company reserves the right to impose surcharges (price increases) up to 30 days before departure due to:

    • Unfavourable exchange rate changes

    • Increases in airfares or transportation/fuel costs

    • Increases in local operator costs

    • Taxes

    • Government actions requiring such increases

The Company will absorb 2% of any surcharge on the trip price.

  • If the surcharge exceeds 2%, the entire increase will be charged.

  • If the surcharge results in an increase of more than 10% of the trip cost, the Client may cancel the booking within 14 days of notification and receive a full refund of all monies paid, excluding the 10% non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or by email.
